i have done a withdrawal of 8€. I already sent a support message through the spanish support and no reply, and they cancelled my withdrawal. I have just sent an email to the english support.

- Withdrawals are not automatic even in this thread it written very clearly that they are automatic.
- You need to deposit before cashing out the free bonus. LOL.
- If you wager the free 0.001 bonus as me, they won't pay you and they will cancel your withdraw even if you deposited the 0.001. that you must put inside them "to allow cashout".
- I did a cashout of the bonus and I just got refunded the 0.001 deposit I did.

Hello jbab, we use this rule for security reasons, as of some people try to abuse the bonus. If your account is clean of abuse you have two options:

1) Deposit a minimum amount of BTC for example: .0001 and then cashout the full amount.

2) Contact support and they will help you making this cashout...
