Yeah, although I do think that there are still some areas where they need to improve, I've never had any problems with them, when I had the same problem not knowing how to cashout, I filled the form and was contacted upon minutes .

As I see in your screenshot, your first withdrawal was discarded. Any reasons?
I have made several withdrawals in this casino without any issues, and yes sometime the withdrawal is not instant.
