Hallo Community,

ich habe ein Auszahlungsproblem bei Cex.

Wenn ich eine Auszahlungsanfrage (Withdraw) bis zum letzten Schritt der e-mailbestätigung, durcharbeite erhalte ich jedesmal eine Fehlermeldung wie folgt:

Oops! Sorry!
Error: Insufficient funds


Dies passiert auch wenn ich nur 50% meiner BTC abheben will, kann es sein das dies an der Liqidität von Cex.io liegt, sprich das die gar keine BTC's auf ihrem Wallet haben?

CEX.io hat eine minimale Auszahlungsgrenze von 0.01BTC. Dazu kommen dann noch die Gebühren.
Ich denke es liegt eher an Deiner Liquidität deines Guthabens dort.

Je kleiner der IQ, desto größer die Bildschirmdiagonale

habe atm knapp 2 BTC dort ich kann noch nicht mal 0.5 BTC abheben...

OK... Das ist was anderes.

Dann lösch mal Deine Cookies, logg Dich neu ein und versuch es dann nochmal.

Hab vom CEX Support das hier gefunden:

You can see the open ticket button at the top right of the Support Forum when logged in, or you can send an email to us directly "support@cex.io"

Commission is charged for manual withdrawals, as they are given high priority and will be added to blockchain very soon. You can also configure Automatic Payout to be sent to your address when the balance is above the threshold (default is 0.01BTC.) Please go to your Profile settings and see the Auto-payout section to configure this feature. AP will be triggered once every 24 hours, and there is no fee or commission.

Danke für die antwort, leider hat sie nicht funktioniert, werde da wohl mal ein supportticket schreiben müssen.

Bisher hatte immer alles einwandfrei funktioniert

falls jemand es braucht poste ich hier noch die antwort vom support.

Hello,

Can you click enter instead of hitting enter in the keyboard when you withdraw. Clear both your cache and cookies prior to doing so.

Also are you receiving the emails within under 30 minutes when you click the confirmation link and do you have any e-mail scanning / anti virus software that you are using where we are not on the exceptions list?
