Yes Smiley Cryptonote/Cryptonight is becoming pretty profitable because you can mine on cpu/gpu. If you have a rig try renting it out for other algorithm on ebay, betarigs or something similiar. Or you can always play videogames and post "letplays" on youtube (awesome!).

Unless you get cheap hashes and cheap electricity, you won't get a decent ROI.

instamining new coin at launch is still profitable, and always will be, because you mine for 5 mins or less, basically free coins, but the scale profitability is reduced drastically even there

example mozzshare, now at 140 satoshi, if you had instamined it at launch, you would probably have 100k in 3 mins with few gpu, that's 0.14 in 3 mins.....

I had assumed that they reviewed a channel's videos before paying them? If they don't, it seems very easy indeed. Fake artist videos can stay a long time before they are deleted, and it usually takes a complaint from the publisher.

It will happen eventually. This time last year my single scrypt rig was making about a dollar a day. At the peak of the doge rally it was making 45 dollars a day. I used all my coins to expand into a farm literally a week before newegg jacked up r9 prices and now im back to making 8-10 dollars a day with 6 rigs.

For comparison, If we have the same growth my farm will make 400 a day at the peak. If....

Monero should be still profitable, even with very high electricity costs ( >0.3 cent). You get approximately 0.002 bitcoin per gpu per day.

Even monero is not profitable anymore.
