Just make accounts en-masse with temporary email sites like 10minutemail, mailnator and gurellamail, wait 2 weeks and do what you need to do.
Its very hard to find people selling facebook accounts.

I don't think that $5 for a like is very cost effective. There are a number of sites that can give thousands of likes for only a few dollars.

That is way too much money for a facebook account. There is no way any account is worth that much, it has no way to generate any revenue.

I don't think it is the right place to ask for Facebook account. You can try on Odesk or other freelancing site. Post a job and you will get a what you are looking for.

Actually there are sites selling FB accounts, and I asked them for older accounts, they said that they are not selling older accounts because they use them for stellars their selfs.
