Is it possible with null characters, long enough key and removal of spaces to use this cipher and not fear it be decoded?  I am pretty sure it's impossible to make an uncrackable Vigenère cipher now but maybe I am wrong?

with the modern computers and study on cryptography, I highly doubt.

Anyway there are far better modern ciphers around, why use the Vigenere?

I am just getting into encrpytion/cryptography.  Bitcoin has inspired me.  I want a cipher where I don't need a computer to use, but well I do want the best soo... beggars can't be choosers.

Got ne good ciphers I should google?
