Tried myself at a logo  So I kept the color scheme of the Viacoin one which is really classy imo and tried to do a squared one. I'm not keen on 3D logos, sorry. Make it flat, make it simple. No need to be incorporating C or H into it either. A symbol is fine.

@bit0 you could expand the idea with some kind of coloured interlocking X sandwiched between the two words.
