Hey, I hope someone can help me, I just got an Antminer s3, I hooked it up, then I typed in its IP address, logged in, then i changed its IP address. Then I changed its IPv4 gateway to my router IP address and also the Custom DNS servers to my router's IP address. Next I set up my miner at Btcguild.com and my worker. But when i go to miner status, there is nothing there. I'm not sure where the problem is, but i also noticed that when i access my miner by typing in its IP address, the internet no longer works for any other sites. My router is a Linksys Cisco- Linksys model WRT54G2. Please help!!

Just to update my issue. For some reason, now the internet is allowing my to access other websites when I open the Antminer s3's IP address page. However, I still can't seem to get it to mine anything. Any ideas?

Can you post your settings for networking?  And router gateway?

Just first guess try 8.8.8.8 see if DNS is set wrong in S3.  If that does not work the rest of information will help with trying to figure it out.

I'm an idiot, I was just misreading my router... haha but I do have another problem, so I was changing their IP addresses, and when I got to the IP address 192.168.1.255 I couldn't get this Antminer to respond. I'm not sure why, it just takes me to a cox communications website and says that 192.168.1.255 can not be found. So now I'm not sure how to access the miner. Any ideas?
