So this is just mining pools that have been hacked and not regular users? Was worried for a second there. Nevertheless I'm often impressed with the cunning of some of these hackers.

Well it's stealing the mining profits from the regular users. Only for like 30 second at a time though so most people wouldn't even care or notice.
