You can get bitcoin from various ways
- earning / work
- faucets (not a lot)
- ads
- buying

You have to be careful where you buy, some users are scammers. The first thing you need is a wallet, which is a digital imitation of a physical wallet. Bitcoins can be send to your bitcoin address - and to shops using a bitcoin address

There are some fees, like 0.0001 or 0.0002 so you would need to buy something like 0.2835

Try reading the frequently asked questions about bitcoin first of all https://bitcoin.org/en/faq  Then you can visit blockchain.info and get a free online bitcoinwallet, unless you want to set one up on https://btc-e.com/ or download multibit, you can use your credit card to buy bitcoins on btc-e.com or signup and use coinbase. There will be a fee to purchase the bitcoins and there will be a fee to send them as payment to whoever you are buying from.

So you might make yourself spend an extra 2% that you didn't need to spend, just letting you know that.

Yes bitcoin's with blockchain can see were sent.  Depending on way of getting it depends on if they can tell how you got the bitcoin's.  This question is hard to read are you worried about being anonymous to seller of "goods" as you put it?  Or are you worried about getting from trusted source?

You could use localbitcoin or mine coins.  But keep in mind if there is a "good" as you put it who ever you are buying from is sending it somewhere assuming it's not digital.

What type of "good" are you so worried about?

Use a mixing service like Bitmixer.io, they replace your coins with new coins which cannot link you back to where you bought it from.

Well, they can track the bitcoins, so they'll know that they've left your wallet. But they probably won't know, to whom you gave them (which shop). The shop can also only guess where you got the Bitcoins from. There's no simple way of drawing a connection from the Bitcoin transaction itself to where you got them.
You may want to buy a bit more. Maybe 0.2835 to cover transaction fees (0.0001 or something). They make sure your transaction goes through quickly, but you don't have to pay it.

He wants to buy shoes! It could be some kind of code word, but hey why would we assume something like that. Maybe he just wants to buy himself a nice pair of shoes. Or maybe even a nice pair for his girlfriend or wife! What a nice gesture!

The first thing you need would be a solid bitcoin wallet of your preference.

Then lets talk about sending bitcoin etc.  Tongue

Yeah right, that's one thing he definitely needs first! There are many people who send their BTC directly to the receiver from their online accounts at some exchange. But that generally is a bad idea since you can't prove that you're the owner of the sending address, thus can't sign messages and can't control funds that may be sent back to your address!

Yes, that's the best way to do it. You could send them from the online exchange or wherever you get your coins, but having control of your coins, is the most important aspect of Bitcoin. And using a wallet on your computer is the best way to do that. You can use the 'official' BitcoinQt client, or a lightweight client like MultiBit - which doesn't have to download the whole Blockchain! Much faster!
