There is a discussion in Risto's thread about 9/11. Threre is also a discussion about valitidy of TA, in other thread.  So it is interesting to see, if there any corellation between belief in TA and belief in "USA did 9/11".  Wink

There's no option to vote if you know who did 9/11 but don't know if TA works.  Huh

It's made on purpose, to make you choose. If it "TA more likely works than don't", vote "yes", otherwise vote "no".

I voted, but I really do NOT like your questions.. they seem too simple.. and don't quite fit my opinion... but I did my best and voted.   Wink

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

With TA I assume you mean using indicators and the strict and formal ways of using them for entry, exit and position calculations.
In that case TA works but it is more risk management than knowing what will happen. If you get it right >50% of the time and let your profits run and cut your losses you have a winner.
If you mean TA where people draw triangles, predict based on gut feelings and by drawing Igorr trendlines, I think TA will not work unless TA comes from a Fontas-like person manipulating the price to fit his TA.

There is a possibility that the USA did 9/11. If you think about it this would give the government the power to start any war with consent of the people and a highly motivated army.
I'm not saying that the USA definitely did it, I'm saying it is not out of the realm of possibilities. I'll leave the facts to conspiracy specialists Tongue

Indeed. Because in my mind there isn't supposed to be a "battle". How about a polite conversation and debate instead?

Yeah.  I answered the poll, but I did NOT know what I was answering.  Is there a difference between TA and T & A?

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

Yeah... there's also a discussion in that thread about how an Ebola pandemic might take Bitcoin price to da moon.

I personally subscribe to the philosophy that u gotta get them thin b/c they are only gonna get bigger.   Wink

Yeah, I said that. If cash is banned as virus-spread-prevention-measure, digital currencies will, by necessity, increase in use.

I don't think the USA singlehandedly did 9/11, but I'm leaving the idea that the government had a role in it on the table. Perhaps at the request of someone.

I try not to think about it. Undecided

USA did 9/11 but it will be too late when people realize this. With too late I mean people will say "USA did 9/11? That was 20-30 years ago, time has changed, USA changed, we are different now, what gives what they did 20-30 years ago". So it was with hundreds of crimes that the USA did. To name only one, I say agent orange. People nowadays say "why should I care, that was 40 years ago, I cant do anything".

People don't care and eat propaganda for breakfast.

In a true democracy people choose who will lead the country. That leader respect the wishes of the majority.

Took first option for the lulz Grin

I obviously don't know if Uncle Sam did 9/11, I don't think they did. Regardless, the end result is the same; they abused the shit out of it as a propaganda tool to wage a self-reinforcing war against an invisible enemy of convenience.

TA works in the sense that it is a toolset allowing you to get an approximate idea of, and probability for, potential future scenarios, and thus making informed trade decisions. Don't really feel the need to argue for its validity to "non-believers" though. As long as I can profit from it I'm happy Smiley

Is it a bull? Is it a bear? No, it's just another sheep.
