I voted bitonic.nl. Their fee might be a little expensive but they have great service and work really well with Dutch online banking.

I use Happycoins.com. This is a very good european bitcoin reseller. They use Sofort and Giropay for Europe and they cover the Dutch market with iDEAL. You can read their reviews on Trustpilot.com
