I recently bought an item from Tiger Direct online, the transaction total was 0.1546 BTC + 0.001 transaction fee, I checked my wallet in Blockchain.info 10 minutes latter and the transaction was fine 0.1556 from my address to the merchant address, that was on 8/7/14 at 20.43.
Today I decided to check the wallet used for it and the total is 0.18015608 BTC showing the -0.1556 credit transaction 2 days ago.
But when checking in Blockchain.info it shows my wallet total 0.1454547 BTC.
Looking down to the transactions in Blockchain.info it shows the 0.1546 transaction to Tiger Direct as a part of a transaction done to 2 different addresses for a total -0.19030138 BTC the second address is located in Germany.
Now my wallet shows 0.18015608 BTC and the Blockchain.info shows 0.1454547 BTC for the same wallet address.
You can check my wallet in Blockchain.info 1529hkSDFbFNbCt5bdB7Wc9JomXQJepCxA and see the transaction there.
From where that 0.03470138 BTC transaction come from that it is not showing in my wallet ?
I synchronized my wallet several times and same total 0.18015608 BTC no trace of that sub-transaction for 0.03470138 BTC.
Is this a phantom transaction?
How could this happen?
Note: I posted this here because no idea where it will fit.

Have you checked to see if it's in another address under your control? You are using My Wallet, right? Or did you just mean my wallet as in whatever wallet you were using?

When I say my wallet is the address the Bitcoin-qt client generate for me to receive and send, in other words a Bitcoin Core Wallet generated by the Bitcoin-qt client. That wallet shows 0.18015608. Not an address/wallet generated on My Wallet in the Blockchain.info. When you go to the Blockchain.info and check my wallet address shows FINAL BALANCE 0.1454547 BTC not 0.18015608 as Bitcoin Core Wallet shows. This is an image of my wallet transactions. Blockchain does not show same on the 8/7/14 transaction.

No, that is not mine, no idea what that address is, it did not show up the day of the transaction, just found that today.
Looks like it was created during the transaction, if you look at it there is only one transaction on that address.

Right, it's a change address. They're created for the sole purpose of holding change. Check your address list for it?

yep as taras just said bitcoin-qt and blockchain's "mywallet"... basically the WALLET shows the total combined of all addresses you own. but when you check just 1 address it will only show the balance of that address. in short, the wallet shows how much is stored in your entire pants. but an address only shows you whats in your left pocket, you just didnt realise that when you handed cash out you put your change into your right pocket. here is your right pocket (the change address) https://blockchain.info/address/1PfiUaSQcWC5ZJDPeSY12CBo4e3mbe9UPcif you go into your "mywallet" go to export you can see the addresses and see that you DO own the privkey for 1PfiUaSQcWC5ZJDPeSY12CBo4e3mbe9UPc so dont worry. all the money is in YOUR pants. just need to learn to not always just look in one pocket. the only thing you do have to realise is that when you do transactions the service you use to send funds makes the change address. so you will need to import the change address into any other service you send funds from. (thats if you want the total amounts to match)

I must look stupid but I don't know where to look at that. When exported the Bitcoin-qt client address transactions no sign of that address. Where I can see the privkey of that address? ?

I use the bitcoin-qt client receiving address to send the 0.1546 transaction/payment to Tiger Direct. In Blockchain.info I just searched that address to see if the transaction was done and the number of confirmations. First time I checked I saw only the -0.1556 with 7 confirmations, now 2 days latter when checked the balance on that address is short 0.03470138 BTC compared to my address in bitcoin-qt client and the transaction with the generated address is there. How was generated, who generated, no idea but apparently is in a pocket in my pants that I don't use. Anyway I guess the real balance in my address/wallet 1529hkSDFbFNbCt5bdB7Wc9JomXQJepCxA is the ones showing in the Bitcoin-qt client not the one showing in Blockchain.info. I am correct

Ok I start to understand now that I read all post and specially the one from franky1.
My wallet ( the one in the Bitcoin-qt client) shows what I have for real.
The lookup for that wallet address in Blockchain info only shows the balance on that address not my wallet balance.
Thanks franky1 and thanks all for your patient.

You are encountering confusion for a few reasons. First of all, you are using the word "wallet" and "address" to mean the same thing. They are not the same thing. A wallet is a collection of one OR MORE addresses along with the private keys necessary to authorize transactions that spend the outputs that are received at that wallet. Secondly, you are assuming that the addresses that a wallet shows you are the only addresses that the wallet knows about. Bitcoin Core creates MANY addresses that it never tells you about. It uses these addresses every time that you send a transaction to store the change from the transaction. You can read more about it here: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/ChangeIf you want to see all the addresses in your wallet that currently have unspent outputs, and the value of each of those outputs, you can go to the "Help" menu, and load up the "Debug Window". In there go to the "Console" and enter the following:
