I had always wanted to be webmaster, but lack of skills block my dreams. Now I have some bitcoins and idea, so wondering how much would cost me to rent or collaborate with a developer.
EDIT: Site can have easy GUI for start so I don't look for real designer, more like programmer or a TEAM (bring a friend in).

roughly: it's about bitcoin, so secure login, mysql, blockchain api ...
EDIT: automatic blockchain payment recognition, reading api, auto blockchain payout.

depending what your after might be eaier just to use wordpress it has apps and is noob friendly (its what i use)
