Vote to sticky dogies Manufacturer Trustworthiness thread?

This is to petition mods to sticky his thread. Seems like it is a good guide and allows for newbies to not get easily fleeced. Of course goes without saying that one should always do their own research as well. BUT dogies thread is a great resource that should be kept up at the top just for that reason. There are plenty of good threads, but this one above all serves as an excellent resource. To avoid any messy discussion I will simply lock this to just get a simple answer. It is simply a vote.
