I recently opened an account with btclevels and deposited 7.7btc and a moment later when i tried to login, it says, "incorrect password"  and when i tried to click password reset link, and enter email, i dont receive any email from them, its been 10 hours i have clicked password reset link multiple times and enter email, it says "password recovery email has been sent to u" but i have not received any email, most of all i have sent emails to btclevels support and told them the scenario, i did not receive any email from them. I think they have taken my money and ignoring me now Sad    Please guys, any advice?

THE ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED SUCCESSFULLY, THEY SENT ME PASSWORD MANUALLY. After that i successfully withdrew my money.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Hello,

I made a 0.01 BTC transaction without registering to btclevels.com because it is possible to bet being recognized by browser cookies. This is the transaction:
https://blockchain.info/tx-index/8ba8e8bd8ce006f5f714a00bed60fd307933298dc08680d8b22fbf8bda3f9de6

In the page that open when the website recognize me from cookies, I read, under "YOUR BETS":

#   Pair            Prediction      Level               Expiration                 Amount   Income   Status
1   BTCUSD   <down>   488.94000       17:39:00 11/09/2014           0.01            0.0149    expired

I think that I made the transaction a little after that time expired.

The above amount (0.01 BTC) is still in your address 1N3hLfa3ZU4DEUZtwGB9vLntnAuEeBi56g.
If the bet has not been done, can you please refund my address from which I sent?

Thank you.
