I finally got my paypal funded and now I still cant get any Bitcoins.
Would anyone like to help me out? I'm willing to pay $3.50 per Bitcoin.

I'll take all 10 of them.  I don't think I have any OTC ratings, yet.  I would like to get some though.
I've had a couple of successful transactions so far.  I would like to build some trust.  But its hard to when you don't when your new.
