RESTARTING THE AUCTION WITH A LOWER STARTING BID

For sale is a lot of 5 gridseed pods. These should all hash at 300khs each. They are from the resolution of a dispute with curious miner. The dispute can be seen here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=712480.0 (If you're going to read it please read it all for a full understanding)

The winner will receive:
5x Gridseed pod
5x Power cable
5x Data Cable

Starting bid: 0.01BTC
Minimum Bidding increments: 0.05BTC
End date: 11AM August 18th (Forum time)

It says minimum bid change is 0.05, is this correct? I would bid 0.015, but I don't want to place an invalid bid. It just seems like an awfully high jump.
