Hello, I am afraid that it does not work for LAN servers, since they don't have any reward system yet. You could purchase a level 15 acc ( https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FZSAvMcs.png&t=544&c=5IkOlUprvY37_Q ) ; Those have 17115 RP and for 2600RP you will be able to transfer the account to LAN server, and then you will be able to gift things via the gift center to your main account or anyone that has been in your friend list for 2 weeks. Some clients did that without problem and it's the best deal for those regions as far as I know. Let me know if you are interested, the price for those level 15 accounts is 28€.
