Hi I am new to mining bitcoins blah blah blah.. I would like help with the following if you would be so kind

CPU-I7-2600k@4.6
GPU GTX 570 @800mhz

I am currently using rpcminer-cude.exe rpcminer-cuda.exe -aggression=10 -gpugrid=480 -gputhreads=960 -gpu at night to farm bitcoins and getting I believe 145khash if thats right...

I found that when I started to mine 24/7 I simply moved to building a dedicated miner.  If this is your case then that route would be better, but you are currently using your computer so turning down the aggression is probably a easier and cheaper solution.  My friend who also mines with me turns off his miner when he is using his computer and turns it back on when not in use.  I have a modified guiminer that will turn on and off the miner based on user interaction so that streamlines it further.
