I'm buying LTC.
Rate can be negotiated.
Will pay via BT or PayPal. Can send as a PayPal gift so transaction can't be reversed.
Ideally escrow unless member is trusted or trusts me to go second.

Forgot to say that prefer direct BT in the UK.

Nothing against you but there is no safe way for paypal excepting someone keep it for 180 days then release the coins ^^
