There is no site that provide good rates. Virwox apparently charges large fees but with good reason. Papal is reversible and therefore a dangerous payment method. Your best bet is to find a person on this forum at the currency exchange subsection . (no tip requested)

If there are any sites, be ready to pay more than the market price....it sure is going to be costlier than anything out there.

Four words... Just don't do it... I have seen so many people get reversed scammed from buying or selling bitc with paypal. Its just not worth the risk. I think paypal loves to do it too. So, just say no to paypal...

I wouldn't even risk using PayPal right now to buy bitcoins as the payments can be reversed which means you can end up with nothing and losing out. I would look into some other form of payment instead of using PayPal especially if you are looking to not get scammed.

Well....it would be the person selling the BTC who would end up with being scammed. I can always buy BTC from Paypal....but the question is, will there be anyone willing to sell me BTC with Paypal involved....My Guess is NO, unless the person is a novice, or trusts the buyer blindly.
