Banking giant HSBC has been accused of “shamelessly profiling” its customers after it closed bank accounts belonging to Syrian refugees and students in the UK.

There's two threads there about HSBC shutting down accounts to Muslims and embasies, but not directly releated to Syrian refugees.

I guess bitcoin would provide safety for these people though.
