Guys, yes you will still get something if you sign up under him.  He will give you 100% back of the commission you earn him as long as you contact him with the info.  That means you get back .1% of everything you wager, win or lose - which is better than nothing at all which is what you'll normally get.

Acid I'll probably wait until I get about 1 BTC wagered then I'll come ask for .002 BTC.

I noticed that after 21 refs I hadn't gotten another one in a long time and after seeing the replies here it seems like others have signed up under me.

My friend tried to create an account under my ref last night and PD wouldn't load for him unless he removed the referral link.

Yeah there is something wrong with referrals, but i dont think it is because of a limit, i had one ref then my friend registered and nothing, i still have 1...
