Are you a leader ? yes of course every individual is a leader. A leader does not mean that he must have any project to lead but a leader can have anything in life to lead for example to lead manage the show of personal life .We meet so many people in life who are not able to take decisions on their own. They always think about any situation more and more and seek assistance from other people. A decision making capability is the most important characteristic of a good leader.

You can not consider a person good leader unless he is fast and sure in taking decision on right time .In any organization only those people grows fast who has a zeal to take decisions very fast .

I think each of us is leader in some way, at least on family level.
You have to lead and make decisions on daily basic for you, wife, kids, parents, job and this makes you leader.
If you are good or bad in this role is another question, of course .)

I am a leader at home as a man, in our culture the leader (a man) always makes sure the family has enough food, is protected, has enough money to pay bills, etc.

Decision maker is not the same as a leader. Leaders think ahead. To be a leader means you should be able to take care of yourself, your family, your company - team, customers, etc. This requires much more than making decisions.

As for the decision making, women are definitely better than men, in my opinion. We are sometimes eclectig and disorganised and need someone to put some order in our heads, even though we don't like it.
