Comcast censoring http://norml.org/ ???

I cannot connect to http://norml.org/ with comcast.

I had to use my vpn to get to them.

works normally now.

So odd, for the last few hours it would not connect. But I would be able to connect through PIA VPN quickly.

I contacted norml about it, maybe they got it fixed or something.

I am able to ping them and connect.
