I think this is a coinmarketcap.com issue....since it doesn't look like people are dumping.

edit: also supply is now listed as double of what it is on the nxt asset exchange; it looks like it's definitely on their end.

I think i figured it out...they are going by the outstanding coins like they did with ripple

the main wallet still has 800 Million in it not issued..hence 200 million coins on the market

like ripple has 100 billion but only 28 billion in the market...I think that is it maybe

Yes 1 Billion coins its clearly mentioned on Blockchain, the issuing account only has 40 million or so coins.  That means 960 million has moved from that account, I will have this issue resolved.
