Is there a direct download?, im getting no joy from the google play store. Says my device is incompatible but my Android is way up to date.

That's not total circulation but the available supply. Actually i'm not sure how Bter calculates current circulation as they are only part of the market. |

No. I think you need 1,000,000 >= 50 coins in a Nxt account to get the 5%.
