My Wife and I have been with cryptonit.net for about a year.

In that time, ive grown to love the exchange more and more. Edward, on their support team, is such an awesome asset. He always helps us out when we need it. 

there was a time when it was difficult to get payments from the US to the UK where they are located.  They tried a few different things that didnt work , but kept at it ,

and now we are able to trade with ease due to their persistence, where I believe many bigger exchanges would have just told us to find another exchange.

The only feature I hope to see change is that withdraws would be instant for standing members, but other than that, I have only happy things to say about them.

!!! Attention !!! about Cryptonit.

I had make an Account and verify my Account to buy Bitcoins with my Debit Creditcard.
To Verification had i Selfie and Scans with my Personal ID and Creditcard made.
Then I must  transfer 0.35 BTC (180€) to my deposit on my Cryptonit Account to Verification confirm.
I transfered the BTC to my Deposit on the Page, then I was verifyed to buy BTC with my Debit Card.

After my Verification i send 1000€ from my Debit Card to my Deposit on my Cryptonit Account to buy BTC´s.
I would kicked out of my Account after the 1000€ was on my Deposit and departed from my Debit Card.

For Bitcoin transfer to my Wallet I am no longer come.

My Log In would blocked und i never comes on my Money.
I gone in Contact to the Support (Edward) and asked what had´s done with it?

He answered me that my Acoount would permanent blocked because of fraud.

I answered too, that is not right what he said and send documents from my Creditcard LogIn where he can see, that the Debit Card is Verification of me.
I asked with what justification they me blocked?



That´s now 2 Days ago and no answer come from Cryptonit what is with my Money.

My Money from 1180€ they kept.

I am very angry about this and i go to my lawyer on Monday, because i think they cheats me.

Hello, I made deposit today in cryptonit.net, bought bitcoins and withdrew the coins to my wallet in less than 30 minutes...
I have used cryptonit for more than 7 months, never had any issues.

Although, recently, they were upgrading the platform, which caused my password to reset and i just set a new password via email reset link..
