Crypto X Change says they have a new fee structure coming shortly. Any rumors or news as to what that structure will be or when it will be effective?

You can't win if you don't play. But you can't play if you lose all your chips. First I found bitcoin (BTC). Then I found something better, Monero (XMR). See GetMonero.org

What kind of time-frame are we talking about here? Will this be implemented "soon" as in I will receive my first issue of Bitcoin Magazine very "soon"? Or soon as in by a certain date.

It's going to be pretty soon, I don't work for CxC but I know people that do. So I can't really give out any information about a specific date but I am pretty sure that they have decided a date of when to launch it.

Their fees for deposits are keeping me from even funding my account. I will not pay to put my money somewhere. If they provide services after I put my money, then cool - especially on an exchange, where I'm making money.

Seemed like their fees for trading were fine. Not sure how they want to fix those.

The US deposit didn't work when I tried to use it.

their association with bc-casino is very questionable, and also keeping me from funding my account.

Hi Guys,

Our Global Deposit System will be back up this week coming, there was supposed to be minimal down time with this but there were major upgrades we needed to do, so Between Monday 26th of March to Wednesday 28th Of March you will be able to book deposits globally again.

Secondly, our 0.5% Fee has been in place for a week or two reduced from 0.65%, we do have our new structured Fee's finally coming out this coming week, there had been many delays due to other tasks we needed to finish, so we have major updates & upgrades being released from Monday the 26th of March.

Our new Zendesk ticket system is working very well, if you have any support issues or enquiries please do use that : http://helpdesk.cryptoxchange.com/

Our Trade Engine has been working very well, and we are continuing to keep on improving this, within the next 4 weeks we have a Major UI update which will speed up the web interface usage and include some more features.

In Regards to BC-Casino we do not have any shares in that business, we have BTC business's that want to integrate in one way or another and BC-Casino chose us as their primary exchange for clients to purchase Bitcoin. The facility within the exchange simply allows a wallet to withdraw from BC-Casino. If there are any reasons you believe this should be removed or any issues with BC-Casino please do let us know and we will remove it from our system, we haven't had or heard of any complaints to date.

We Welcome Aurum X Change, where you can deposit and withdraw with many E-Currencies as well as USD / GBP & EURO. Instant cash deposits within the USA within 1 hour.

Also BitInstant - Deposit Cash instantly to fund your Crypto Account at over 10,000 locations within the USA within 1 Hour.

There are more funding / payment processors being Integrated at the moment with Crypto X Change, we will announce as each one is added, we will have around 5 payment processor companies working with Crypto X Change and fully integrated within the next 7 Days.

Lastly, we have coming out in our roll out more AML / KYC technology due to payment processors and global requirements.

If you have any questions please contact us via our help desk :http://helpdesk.cryptoxchange.com/

Thank You

Regards

Hi BitcoinTrader,

You can use Aurum X Change to do that, you will need one of their cards which is $24.99 from their website.

Thanks

I had sent you an email via your support contact page in regard to this company. It was quite clearly a complaint.

In my experience this was a very dishonest, and deceiving company. I am a fan of casinos, but clearly, this was no such thing. It is a one way deposit facility, having no games of chance. I was insulted by the odds on their blackjack game.

Zero response from their customer support after they returned my my money to an address I did not authorize them to use for withdrawals (nor did I actually control it!) In short, it is a roach motel for coins. (I know, it's a casino, that's what they do, but really, this was ridiculous)

Again, I'm a fan of casinos, and have no problem losing my money in an honest game. I know my historical record with 6 deck blackjack, and this is clearly rigged. I've never in my life lost so quickly at this game. (To the point of not even having time to have any fun losing it!, LOL!)

Honestly, I can't say that I'm surprised. Seems more like a laundry than a game, and my suspicion is that it's more trouble for CryptoXchange than it's worth in the long run. This is precisely the type of action that's going to arouse the interest of US regulators, whose arms reach well into Oz, I'm sure.

Frankly, I'm not willing to hold a bunch of money where regulators are potentially likely to freeze it.

Further, while it's fairly easy to do one's due diligence on the various exchanges, and many other types of BTC related businesses, it's pretty difficult to do so on a casino. Adding them as one of your partners lends their name your credibility. I'm not against partnering with a casino, but I'm sure you could do your own due diligence and choose the most reputable partners.

Hi Thank you for the information we will remove this casino link wallet feature from the exchange.

Much appreciated.

I'll just post a +0.5  for now.  I've had good support from CryptoX and will be using them again.  However, I've been wanting to do a deposit with them for a couple of weeks and not been able to (and had to use a different exchange).  But I do at least get emails from support.  Smiley

After a lengthy discussion with Brian at BC-casino (who I finally caught up to here on the forums) I have come to an understanding of what the real issues are behind the troubles that his organization has with some customer deposits
(which, of course, were solved apparently between CryptoXchange and BC-casino! smh!)

With some assistance from (mostly) etothepi, and the promise of some of the features in his product, Armory, we've come to some potential solutions to a likely ongoing, bitcoin-wide issue of refunding to improper addresses. Sometimes the best features of software make the biggest challenges.

Since I have spoken too quickly and harshly about BC-Casino, I'd like to apologize for that here. Brian is certainly trying to do the right thing, and is just in a very challenging position, as I've come to understand. He is very willing to help find solutions to this problem, and I am very grateful for that.

For those that are curious, we've discussed the issue further here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=64155.0
and some potential solutions here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=74897.0

We will try to bring some of the other large coin processors (exchanges, vendors, banks) into a discussion, and work to find a beneficial solution for working with customer transaction errors.

It's a good thing I didn't hold my breath for this announcement. Maybe it will be listed in the Bitcoin Magazine that I'm waiting for Godot to bring me soon . . . very soon Wink
