Where to buy Silver for Bitcoin?

Shipping from outside EU is so expensive.. And a lot of tax.. lol

I am looking for place to buy some Silver with my Bitcoins
It does not have to be some kind of special coin. Just the cheapest and pures Silver

Try Amagi Metals, they've been around for quite some time now, and they have an excellent reputation. I'm not sure if they have bronze though.

Well, it depends on the price.. I might even buy Copper if I can find it..
But I am just looking for the best price for the silver.. I dont need any special coins or something like that..
A small 10 oz bar or 5 oz bar could be cool to have..

Just not that easy to find people in EU that sells it for Bitcoin :/

There are good precious metal sellers both in U.K. and Estonia, and they ship in all E.U. - but they do not accept BTC unfortunately.

Estonia is really the cheapest place to buy silver in E.U. since they have 0% VAT on silver, however they have a slightly higher premium.
Denmark is a good place to buy Gold since there is 0% VAT on gold (and 25% VAT on silver, strange world we live in).

A piece of advice, be very careful about the bars, only buy from trusted seller.
Bars look cool, but they are hard to resell.

Coins have a higher premium, but they are also easier to resell, with the same premium.

I kind of want a small 5-10oz bar of silver, or copper. Just not easy to find a legit place.. And if I buy silver from somewhere in EU.. Do I then have to pay another 25% of the price to get it into Denmark? I dont really know the Taxation rules for importing silver, copper and other metals.

If you want gold, then just go to tavex on central train station, they are legit and have most coins in stock, wont find a better deal than there, since you will save on the insured shipping by local pick up.

Not that they are bad, they are just easier to fake and harder to verify that they are real.
So as long as you get them from a trusted seller, then is all good (silver is silver after all).

But when you want to sell them again, then will the buyer most likely question if the bar is real.

Of cause there a many fake silver coins as well, but they are relatively easy to detect.


*Edit: of cause coins can have numismatic value as well  - that is a whole different story.
But for silver stacking, then will I prefer government issued coins any day

*Edit2: maybe one exception, I like the concept of Valcambi Bar's, if the whole fiat monterey system collapses, then will those 1g be pretty handy to buy basic goods as fuel and food. But of cause a 1 oz coins will just buy you a lot of fuel and goods instead.

As far as I know, some countries still need to depend on their gold storage to print money, and that gold is stored in bars.

I know we learned that in the school, but is a lie.

The gold backed up money system was replaced after 2nd world war with fiat, and ultimately killed in the 70ties by Nixon (if I remember right).
It is possible that some countries has gold backup, not that they need to since there is no such "dependency" in world economic.
All the significant world currency use fiat not backed by gold, especially U.S.

What scares me is that most people have not realized this...
