Hi,
I've sent some Doge from Mintpal to the webwallet. first, i've got an error message regarding an invalid address. on my second try i received a notice from Mintpal for a succesful withdrawal, however, my balance at the web wallet remained unchanged and no Dogecoin explorer shows that transaction as well.

Is it mintpal's problem? should i approach them? or is there a problem with the Dogeparty wallet??

So far it sounds like mintpal's problem but I would give it a day or so and see if the funds are returned.

That's weird, nothing like that has ever happened to me. Except when I couldn't withdrawal ColbertCoins from Poloniex one time several moons ago.

The only problem I see with Dogewallet is that transaction statuses usually never update from "pending." They stay stuck there until you logout and log back in again and then your balances reflect that the transactions have gone through.

Counterwallet also has this problem from time to time.

Really need the dev support, I can't login my Dogeparty wallet now.

I can login by creating a new wallet. But my old 12 passphrase do no work now. Do I lost all of my funds?

The issue happened at this scenario: I exited the wallet while I was burning DOGE for XDP. Then I can't login any more. By creating a new wallet, I can login. What is the issue?

Have you tried another time deleting your browser caché and history?

So nobody can help with solving the issue. I have lost 5000000 DOGE forever because I can't login the Dogeparty wallet anymore.

I still have the passphrase, hope the dev can help me find out my private key by the passphrase, not sure if the dev can do it.

PS: If you want to burn your DOGE for XDP, be careful because you have much opportunity to lose your money(You may never login your Dogewallet anymore like me).

We've identified the wallet problem as a bigger problem that most likely also affects Counterparty, but it is highly unlikely that anyone has lost anything. You guys just really stress-tested it! Hang tight for news and a fix.

Because Counterparty was relatively a huge success and people are wont to get in on a "Counterparty 2.0."

Its pretty dumb to blame the user. If a group of people put out a product that they want the public to use then it should work as offered, and if it doesn't then its a good warning to others to stay away, which how things currently stand.

I would not recommend people use dogeparty until this issue is resolved.

Actually I can log in to Counterparty without problems. They are not having any troubles in addition to their pre-existing ones.

I noticed this too. Well, the thing is there already at least 50 billion dogecoins in circulation so 2 billion burned (if thats what the final total is) is no big deal. There will be 100 billion dogecoins by the end of 2014, so by the end of the burn period XDP will instantly be no longer tied to doge inflation.

Wallet issue seems to be resolved, all balances displaying normally.
