Seeking Development Coder

Starting an altcoin. I don't know where to find a coder for the altcoin. I understand there are a million other garbage coins. I am trying to do something different. I have a novel idea but I can't code. I actually won't need a whole development team though, just a coder. Anyone know where I can find one? (I will pay the coder by the way) Thank you very much for your help!
