Yeah maybe something like that I guess...could be less I don't know the rate really but I can't imagine it would be worth much as a newbie account can be made right away with a small fee.

The issue is you've now endangered your account significantly since accounts which are for sale or keen to be sold get negatively trusted and become useless.
