You need a site with a shopping cart that accepts bitcoin right? I can help you on this but I don't want to be a partner. I want one time fee.

I think it is not the right place to search for a Web designer or Web developer. You may try on Odesk or Elance. Just post a job with details and i hope you will find a lot of person to do your work.
