That is how I understand it... If I deposited 0.10 like I like to do on primedice and double it I could only cashout 0.10 instead of 0.20 always that the op do not run with the money or other user take it... I will just wait until tomorrow to see if the op comes here and gives us an explanation and he reply the questions I did some messages above OR I will be giving bad trust.
