Someone started this on reddit not long ago.

What are some things to look forward to in the next couple of months?

I would say: international btc payments in overstock and the winklevoss ETF!

Thoughts??

I'm hoping some national retailers will start accepting bitcoin.  Online retailers are great, but I want some brick and mortar stores around my area.

I think listing of the ETF will be the most significant event that will have a big impact on awareness (press coverage) and price. Although I think that Bitcoin ETFs as investment vehicles are only a transient phenomenon they will draw in a lot of capital in the beginning. Adoption will continue to increase, but will mostly remain below mainstream radar until blue chip companies like Amazon join (which will need a bit longer than just a few months I think).

I would want to see faster transaction times for bitcoins, actually they are too slow.
Maybe this could affect positively the price.

Hopefully more companies will start accepting Bitcoin. The more companies who do, even if they exchange it for fiat right away, the better. After a while, companies will hodl the bitcoin instead of exchanging it for fiat and then the price will jump.

Due to an article that BitcoinTalk didn't like that I wrote on CCN, my account is banned. Theymos refuses to reply to my request for hearing his side of the story instead of banning my account. Please sign my petition to get Theymos to unban my account. Thank you.

Do you have any useful links regarding this 'circle' start up? I have yet to read up on it! Thanks

just what we need. an ETF and then it can actually crash bitcoin prices once people start basing their prices off of that. great...

i would rather it be agreed upon what a bitcoin is worth by the money needed to mine then and what people generally agree on.
