God dang it. I just thought it would take at most a day to confirm so I thought it wouldn't be much of an issue. Also,

The network propagation is at 0%. Even though I don't know what that means, it does not sound very good.

Most wallets protect users from these sorts of mistakes by forcing them to include a reasonable fee.  In most wallets the only way to avoid the fee is to use advanced user functions (such as coin control or custom transactions).  The wallet assumes that if you are going to use these advanced user functions then you have taken the time to make yourself aware of the risks and will be careful not to cause problems for yourself.

Is there a bug in the standard blockchain.info wallet that is causing it to send transactions without fees, or did you use advanced user functions without being an advanced user?

Hmm.. I wonder whether Bitcoin nodes should actually decide to "ignore" txs that have insufficient funds after they are older than x days in order to avoid the possibility of the network being "spammed" by txs that may never get confirmed (couldn't this effectively be an attack vector?).

With CIYAM anyone can create 100% generated C++ web applications in literally minutes.

The network already does ignore transactions that have insufficient fees.

That's why the OP's transactions show a propagation of 0%

The latter.

What does the network propagation mean?

Percentage of nodes that are connected to blockchain.info's servers that have demonstrated that they are aware of the transaction.  The higher the %, the more likely that a miners have received the transaction so they can eventually confirm it.  The lower the %, the less likely that the transaction has been relayed through the network to the miners (and therefore the less likely that any miners even know about it in order to confirm it).

Because the transaction has such a low propagation, there are even more advanced methods available that can be used to essentially "cancel" the 5 pending transactions and quickly return the balance to your wallet.  Unfortunately, they involve messing around with private keys and raw transactions.  Doing that without technical skill and knowledge is a great way to permanently lose your entire balance.

Okay - good - so the issue is just at blockchain.info's end.

If the propagation is 0%, can it go back up or should I not keep my hopes up. What do you suggest I do at this point?

Unless you are in a hurry, I suggest you wait a few days.

The transactions will probably not confirm, and 4 or 5 days from now you will probably see them disappear from your wallet.  When that happens, all the bitcoins that you sent with those 5 transactions will reappear in your balance.

If you are in a hurry for some reason, then your best option is probably to find a technically knowledgeable person that you trust to help you create, sign, and broadcast replacement raw transactions that spend the exact same inputs, but which send the entire balance to an address that you control.

It should just require a single replacement transaction with a 0.0001 BTC or 0.0002 BTC transaction fee and would then likely confirm within an hour.  Once that replacement transaction is confirmed, you would see the 5 pending transactions vanish and your entire balance (minus the 0.0001 BTC or 0.0002 BTC transaction fee) would be once again available for spending.

- snip -
My transactions are confirmed
- snip -

Here's my wallet: 1NbvDfshGTrkoSdDAFfSAeFuRbytnLS3NQ
- snip -

You are mistaken.

The following 4 transactions to your wallet are not yet confirmed as of the writing of this post:

https://blockchain.info/tx/6cbc076791f2e6a8468c7e7068cfc1332a77dfc3636c8a1d4327c0e7a5ae6562
https://blockchain.info/tx/ea5e62a05e2a6ccb1f12486daf23ab5d189b142963cdb64381e65a2754d372be
https://blockchain.info/tx/ffb63e9fd821186f0d8befcf4d3e05cbbed3958bd6a3cfd606972b4eadc5efb7
https://blockchain.info/tx/0fbd40bf77c2e3ce1c88d509c2cf632c184c0707f2a676cbe2fa3edda7ae4280

Furthermore, the following transaction sent FROM your wallet has not yet confirmed:
https://blockchain.info/tx/2e06be59707d958ea094b420a4e2426a0eb179ddb462581067da855e92cca455

Note:  All 5 of these transactions included 0 transaction fee, so they may take a very long time to confirm (if ever).

Good news:

The transaction 6cbc076791f2e6a8468c7e7068cfc1332a77dfc3636c8a1d4327c0e7a5ae6562 now has 20 confirmations.

Also, the blockchain.info database appears to have stopped broadcasting transaction ea5e62a05e2a6ccb1f12486daf23ab5d189b142963cdb64381e65a2754d372be, and the network appears to have forgotten about it, so the bitcoins sent with that transaction are once again available to you.

The other 3 transactions are still unconfirmed, but perhaps will either confirm or be dropped in the next few days.

You sent bitcoins recently that included your full balance that was sent back. Check transactions and wait for it to confirm.

Yup. One transaction has confirmations and the other four has disappeared. The balance has been transferred into my account.
