Definitely Blockchain.info. The importance of 2FA and of being extremely wary of phishing attacks can't be stressed enough though.

I prefer Bitcoin Core despite having to download the entire blockchain. It's the official wallet and therefore will be the most true to spec when new changes occur. With downloading the blockchain, I do my part as a node to help others to keep their transactions accurate. I also have Electrum and I recommend other people use that since it's a quick setup without the huge download.

Due to an article that BitcoinTalk didn't like that I wrote on CCN, my account is banned. Theymos refuses to reply to my request for hearing his side of the story instead of banning my account. Please sign my petition to get Theymos to unban my account. Thank you.

Blockchain.info is better than coinbase, as you have the private keys in your blockchain.info wallet but not in coinbase.
BTW, you should enable 2FA for both your wallets for better security.

Blockchain is by far the easiest and best wallet. It's easy to access from all my devices, has 0 problems, no need for backups, and is extremely secure. I also like MultiBit, but eh.

I don't use electrum  anymore, I use paper wallets for hodling the bigger amounts and use blockchain.info for day to day sending/receiving, it's fast and so far I haven't had any problems with  keeping my bitcoins safe as I use 2fa but I wouldn't suggest keeping big amount of btc there.

Just the same as for other part of the world. There is no regional wallet as far as I know. Just start using some highly popular ones and you will be fine. Like Electrum, Armory, BTCore etc.

Very much true, except if someone is looking for a wallet client with a particular language translation.
Unfortunately, I don't think any wallet has done translation for the Filipino language AFAIK.

Coinbase,i prefer online wallets, because physical wallets take long time to load.

You can use a thin client like Multibit or Electrum, so that you won't need to download the whole 20+ GB blockchain files.
Just download the latest version from the official site, and you can get your wallet ready within a minute or two.

The best one? Don't know... I prefer MultiBit and Electrum when I want to do custom transactions or sign transactions on an offline wallet. I also like the possibility of recovering the seed with the 12 words phrase.

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...

For online wallets (which I wouldn't personally recommend for large amounts of BTC):

I have nothing against Blockchain, they have a very good reputation, but everyone should realize that their two factor authentication is just about useless for protecting against malware (but it can help against phishing).

Younger (but less proven) online services which offer per-transaction multifactor authentication such as GreenAddress.it and BitGo.com offer very good (not perfect) protection against malware. If malware is a concern to you (it probably should be), you might want to consider one of these for your online wallet needs....

Or just go with a desktop wallet - I like Electrum and Armory for their easy one-time paper backups (and MultiBit HD is also nearing release).

Mycelium has a 6 digit PIN, so you're pretty safe even if you lose your phone. It also can create encrypted backups of your private keys, and upload them to cloud services, e-mail, etc.

Mycelium PINs do not offer a lot of security, see here for more details.

Some PIN schemes do offer decent security, for example GreenAddress PINs are quite secure (see here for more details).

just want to share about our wallet - coins.ph bitcoin wallet (also available for android phones https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=asia.coins.mobile)

Quoting from techinasia article: "The new [coins.ph] wallet allows customers to shop at online merchants who accept bitcoins, but the real emphasis is on sending cash to family and friends, paying bills, and instantly topping up prepaid phones." https://www.techinasia.com/coinsph-launches-bitcoin-wallet-tailored-emerging-markets/

I am using standard bitcoin qt wallet. But I wonder if there is faster and less space consuming wallet? I heard online wallets are not to be trusted.

I love blockchain, it is the most secure with its 2fa in my opinion and pretty easy to use, and clean.

Bitcoin Core. But only after the 30+GB blockchain is up to date. Cheesy

On a related note, I'm currently working on a wallet for Android devices which can generate keys offline. Hoping to have it released soon.

Trezor is a hardware wallet that you can use safely and easily on a compromised computer. In that sense, no wallet can compete with it. Smiley

With coin control, you can specify which transaction outputs you want to spend and you can specify the change address as well.

Bitcoin Core for sure. It is the only wallet you don't need to trust a third party.
