Electrum or blockchain.info for casual bitcoin users. Armory offline wallet for maximum security for big bitcoin investors.

Would anyone know What is your best bitcoin wallet for the Philippines?
Just the same as for other part of the world. There is no regional wallet as far as I know. Just start using some highly popular ones and you will be fine. Like Electrum, Armory, BTCore etc.

Like Electrum, Armory, BTCore etc. Very much true, except if someone is looking for a wallet client with a particular language translation. Unfortunately, I don't think any wallet has done translation for the Filipino language AFAIK.

I am using Electrum as well as it is very easy to use and I don't have enough bitcoin to push me creating an offline wallet lol.

I have both blockchain and coinbase wallets. It is really difficult to choose best one from these two. I think both are equally good and easy to use.

I use blockchain.info, easier, faster access, and more secure for now, easier to use because it has a familiar GUI, safer because it has double protection, and can backup lost wallet, i recomend this wallet to be used ...

You can use a thin client like Multibit or Electrum, so that you won't need to download the whole 20+ GB blockchain files. Just download the latest version from the official site, and you can get your wallet ready within a minute or two.

The best one? Don't know... I prefer MultiBit and Electrum when I want to do custom transactions or sign transactions on an offline wallet. I also like the possibility of recovering the seed with the 12 words phrase.

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...
