I already asked for it and BadBear (if I remember correctly) told me it's unlikely to happen because it would take too much time for the mods to fill
Well there doesn't necessarily have to be mod input. They don't really have to write why it was invalid/bad.
An interface that just updates the status of our report good/bad/unhandled and display it for each one.
That's not even that hard to code is it?

The user could still probably figure out why it was marked as bad as long as they were given access to that info, though I still think having the option to leave a note if appropriate would be beneficial, or maybe have a drop down menu with a few stock answers *moderators don't handle scams* or whatever etc.

What I have asked for in the OP does not require MODs to do any extra work at all. The 2 column that have been asked for are already in the DB. Just a select query is required to fetch them and throw in the front.
