We're pleasantly surprised at the lack of volatility so far in the launch. This should mean good things. Not too many people seem to be willing to dump, and others are just buying up and accumulating.

Liking the post history from the GreenBacksTeam, and they don't seem to have a broken understanding of english/grammar, which has been strewn across multiple coins these past few weeks. Makes for better communication, tenfold.

The launch itself looks to be going smooth as well. I'm definitely keeping an eye on this.

I need to make an official document which will detail the GreenBackers Loyalty program, registration requirements, rewards, and what to email me at greenbacksdevs@gmail.com. I will make this doc later tonight, and will then email it to the people who have been inquiring. Our first development coming is the Wallet V2 which will have many new features; we will post screenshots of the progress as we develop. We also want the community to suggest some ideas for any developments that we could pay a bounty to get made. Please let us know what you want to see from GreenBacks in these very early stages.

Is there any info out there as to what value the rewards for the loyalty program is exactly? Monthly rewards pts sound nice, but without something to compare it to, we can't assign it any real value.

17K-150K reward pts/monthly ... what does that equate to in fiat or purchasing power?

I like the rewards idea and even suggested it to the Noble dev ages ago when they started their marketplace. But it's useful to know ahead of time what a reward pt equates too.

I primarily want to know if I should accumulate or not ... as idiot me didn't get as many coins as he should have during the ipo. It'd also be useful to know how many folks have signed up for the top two tiers already, as if the spots are already grabbed, no point scrounging to meet a set coin total.

I'm also interested for more info on the marketplace itself. What items will be for sale + what vendors have you signed up, and will it be sort of similar to how the Noble marketplace works? Primarily gift cards?

One problem with marketplaces for newish coins, as well as your proposed debit card plan (as well as veri-bit like solutions), is that if a coin's volume isn't high enough, too many people using said marketplace could crash the price of the coin. How do you plan to get around this?

I won't be investing and here is why. The credit card thing just seems very shady to me. I mean, I have seen little success of it so far in cryptocurrencies. (Also that PayPro Visa has made me increasingly vary of it...) And let's not forget "VisaCoin" back in the days here.

However! I've heard you're legit. I root that you guys actually pull through with this I do. But these just seems like a lot of promises that will be very hard to fulfill.

Good luck!

I wasn't aware of paypro until I just read your post now, but that seems a bit different than what they have planned. The paypro visa looks like a regular debit card, but they just use their exchange to fill it up with fiat beforehand, correct? I take it that greenbacks wants to make the process more seamless and sort of automatic, unless I misunderstood their whitepaper.

Not that it'd be easy... I don't view it as shady, just unlikely to work out. A large multicoin processor, if paired up with someone like paypal, I suppose could pull it off, and is one of the few ways I see crypto catching on with the general public as a usable currency. The problem though with something like greenbacks, besides just getting the card thing off the ground, may be volume. It won't do much good if people use the card as planned, and then crash the price of the coin due to the volume not supporting such sales. So I guess that's more a longterm plan/hope for them, than something we can say will actually see the light of day.

I know a couple of the biggest holders and they have long term plans, not a short pump and dump.   Cheesy
