Needed online simple online wallet for btc/ltc

I want someone to make me a simple online wallet with cold storage for btc and ltc. Just a page with the wallet(deposit/withdraws) a message board , transactions list and the option to adjust the transaction fees.

If you can't create one you probably shouldn't be running one honestly. (Unless it's for private use) I wouldn't want to see another inputs.io or Gox

its for private use only, dont want to make profit of it, nor publish it,,thanks for the comment-noone would trust it the way i want it also,,
