Depending on the competing keywords. Also google has to update and crawl enough to see it as well.
Also on flash sites it isnt too friendly unless theres a separate blog tab, on the site itself.

The time it takes to get ranked on the first page depends on if you're doing it the efficient way or some other way. Most people know very little about what they're doing in the SEO field, both on-page and off-page (hence why most of their very own sites don't even rank in the first page -- if they were as good as they claim, you would think they'd be ranked, right?).
I'd say if you're efficient and actually know what you're doing, ranking in the first page (and even top 5 results) for something like "bitcoin dice" should take only a couple/few weeks. None of the current sites are optimized or set up properly; they just have no competition from competent SEO experts. Honestly, there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to lock the #1 spot within a couple months, either, for pretty much any keywords you're going for. The sites are seriously that badly optimized right now.
As for your comment about Flash sites, that's entirely incorrect. They are parsed the same way as any other site is. There are a couple factors that would lower their ranking, but not if they're created efficiently with SEO in mind.
Here are a few reasons Flash can hurt a website's rankings:
1. Inability for Googlebot to read all the content in most cases.
2. Slower load times. (Not a factor with Prime Dice, as I assume they're running on a top-of-the-line server, but it's an issue with many less modern websites.)
3. Lower number of total pages on the website.
Google views all 3 of those as negatives. However, Prime Dice is not an SEO-oriented site and it shouldn't be. They spend god knows how much on signature campaigns and advertising in order to get bitcoin users from websites like here to use their site. They shouldn't sacrifice an awesome design for slightly better rankings.
Flash sites are harder to rank. If you went on an SEO forum and asked people would give you the same response I'm giving you.
Now, that doesn't mean you can't rank Flash sites. It's just a slight negative the majority of the time.
....However, and this is a big however, it sounds like Prime Dice isn't even built on Flash anyway. So, we really shouldn't be discussing this.
Anyway, let's get to the real problem here regarding this site:
Competitors have launched a massive negative SEO attack against Prime Dice. To put it in layman's terms, most links pointing to their website should say stuff like Prime Dice, bitcoin dice, cryptocurrency, primedice.com, etc. and be from bitcoin or gambling related websites. You know - natural things to put in the anchor text to a site like Prime Dice. However, most of their links are from automated spammy blogs/forums and have links with anchor terms like ibuprofen 80, potato starch, viagra, buy a donkey, etc. Google views this as automated webspam, which it is. Consequently, they penalize the website; which they have. That's why their rankings are in the absolute dumpster.

Column 3 has their rankings for the keywords in column 2. They're nowhere to be seen as a result of the negative SEO campaign performed against them. Before focusing on building quality links or any other normal SEO priority, Prime Dice needs Google to remove those penalties. Unless that happens, they'll stay past page 10 for at least the next 6 months.
I can get these penalties removed for you and get Prime Dice ranking by evening out and strengthening your link profile faster than anyone else on this site - I can guarantee you that.
