I've been using BTCxIndia for a couple of weeks now. And my experience has been good.
I like the fact the site requires a dynamically generated passcode to log-in, but I feel a password should still be required along with the passcode. I don't see any harm in having both. It's just an added layer of security.
The thing that sets BTCxIndia apart from others is the fact it is an actual BTC exchange with user to user trading, unlike other exchanges that only let you exchange with them.
Withdrawal and deposits are fast. I withdrew BTC recently and it took about 1hr.
And the best thing about BTCxIndia is its amazing customer support. I've written to them at mid-night and I've got a reply in like 5-minutes. Almost every change I've suggested for improvement has been accepted. Truly amazing customer support.
Though right now there aren't many people trading on the site, I feel BTCxIndia has a bright future.
BTCxIndia is a the best bitcoin exchange in India as far as I'm concerned.

I like the clean and easy to use interface they provide . - Their deposits and withdrawal are fast. Takes 10 to 45 min
- They have good security and then store your coins properly in cold storage, instead of exchanges that make high security claims but are actually vulnerable
- The founder of the exchange contributes actively to the bitcoin community and I can vouch for his integrity. He understands bitcoin technology and is not here to scam ppl or make a quick buck. This is the reason they insist on KYC norms

I have been using BTCXIndia for over 4 months now. I admire it mostly due to its quick response. Deposits and withdrawals are fast and usually processed as soon as requested. Customer Service is very responsive and helpful. Also if you deposit money and later decide not to trade and withdraw u r money no fees are charged at all. Their website also has mobile support now which makes it even better. 1% fees is charged by them but that's reasonable for their services, especially since they are the better ones of the few out there.

Have done many transactions with BTCX and it has always been a smooth experience. Being a new exchange, they are doing everything in their power and they are doing it right to ensure a fast and great customer service. That, plus small things like calling up to confirm the receipt after a deposit is made, trying their best to clear a withdrawal request at the earliest etc makes them a good exchange. As for feature enhancements/additions, as someone mentioned about Dynamic Access Code, it's a nice step but I personally would prefer integration with Google Authenticator as a 2FA method. My 2 cents

It is interesting to note that smaller cities are taking to bitcoin faster than bigger cities in India. By the way, when is the meetup in Delhi planned?

Is that some kind of discount on trading because I don't know what 'Muhurat' trading means?

We have a traditional System called Muhurat Trading on Diwali in stock/commodity exchanges. That settlement will be special settlement.Traders used to buy on that day due to Hindu callender New Year and its purely sentiment trading on that day. Most of the traders will go long and book small profits on that day.
We are also launching for Bitcoin trading with free trading fee and free giveways of 0.01 BTC to the traders on that day.
