I am flattered that you find them ridiculous. That's a good sign that I am doing what I prefer: Challenging preconceptions and dogma.

The Communists say, equal labour entitles man to equal enjoyment. No, equal labour does not entitle you to it, but equal enjoyment alone entitles you to equal enjoyment. Enjoy, then you are entitled to enjoyment. But, if you have laboured and let the enjoyment be taken from you, then – ‘it serves you right.’ If you take the enjoyment, it is your right.

Did I use the word ridiculous ?
I recall "entertain and amaze".

The only thing you're very effectively doing is imitating a spam bot, although I must say many of the spam bots I've seen form much more logical statements than you.

Take this one for example:

Quote
We don’t trust this remarkable submit. Nevertheless, I saw it gazed for Digg along with I’ve determined you can be appropriate so i ended up being imagining within the completely wrong way. Persist with writing top quality stuff along these lines.

That is eons more sophisticated and entertaining than anything you have ever had to say. Go back to working on the Woolong device aka "simple USB reader with your name on it" that you were saying you secured a big banking backer for that turned out to be your cousin.

Any more Ikea tables you want to build for us today Atlas? How about knit us a sweater because it gives you value?

Sounds like a good way to clean up the other forums from Atlas-spam at-least...

Yea but then you'd have to make another forum specifically for trolls. Where I would be king. On second thought, let's do it.

1000 times yes!

Matthew, how do you find classics like the quote you posted? Jabberwocky makes more sense than that.

Ya know, I have become an atlas fan. Even though some of the topics are provocative to the point of absurdity. It is good to challenge ones ideas and beliefs. He does keep the conversation going.   Wink

It's not that he doesn't talk about things that don't matter, it's that he talks about them from the voice of a teacher, but instead of answering questions, either:

  • responds with a question
  • shows his ignorance

In any real world situation, people would just walk away from him. I submit that by posting in ANY thread, he is harassing us.

I hear what your saying. I find much of his content sophomoric. But Just as the ancient Greeks looked to the rantings of a drugged up teen aged girl for advice (the Oracle of Delphi), maybe it can inspire a new perspective?

I support this !

Move all the Atlas topics to off topic or some obscure forum and don't show them in "recently posted".

You confine the patient,
Permabanned, came back.

restrain them if need be,
Know his address, too far from South Korea to bother.

tranquilize them even,
He's pretty tranquilized on his own with the drugs he must be on.

but mocking them should not be part of the therapy.
Unless the therapy is for us, to deal with the annoyance.
