Can you describe? If you didn't get the cryptocurrency, you can just sign from the address which you used to send coins. It is faster and have lower fees than shape shift and a bit more trusted as lightlord was here far longer than shapeshift.

Why not give a mininum transactions limit?

+1. That would be good. Even, with that too, people may send lower than that. But, making a short 'warning' note, would be good.

It generally is. It was just at that moment low in that specific alt. Like if there is lets say 0.5 BTC worth of DRK
and 3 people at the same time request 0.25, 1 person would get refunded, 2 processed. At the moment its manual for
filling the alts, and auto when the alts are topped. To make this even more better we would have a API bot in the back
keeping it topped, as a human it isn't as good. Overtime we will add a auto API bot and more coins. So it will run into this issue even less often.

I used it and got my DRK instant, my trade was only small, btc - 0.97DRK but it was instant.
