I even believe you that you have a shop since you seem to know what you speak about. But in case you decide to stop paying divs its uncertain if i could sue the person i gave my coins to.
Good luck with your venture as long as its real. Keeping Bitcoins is still a way better investment than risking bitcoins for the promise of some more bitcoins. Thats a lesson i had to learn the hard way unfortunately.
I'm also curious if the same level of grilling is given to bitcoin mining companies. A quick scan of the securities board shows that KPS is one of the few non-mining companies. Right now, the top 15 threads for active securities (besides KPS) are for mining companies. The truth is, I'd hoped diversification would be more appreciated. I suppose you are right and instead makes us stick out and look like a scam. I'll have to review this. Maybe we could buy a few mining units (ant miners?) and offer some kind of hybrid company where we mine AND print educational materials?

No one bothers grilling them cause they are just a way to lose money, and it's usually obvious from page 1. If their IPOs sell out, it's to newbies who haven't learned what bitcoin securities are all about yet. If serious people are asking serious questions about your company, take it as a compliment.

I dont think pictures of setcards and a printer are good enough. You know those pictures could be taken somewhere from the net simply. Convincing would be to have a video or pictures showing the bureau including the printer, you in the picture too so that we know the ardeva image is really connected to you and so on. Its a cheap and fast way to prove anything and put doubts to rest. Getting a sample of your product would only proof that you are a person that can order such a product. I could do it myself most probably. So i would like you to think more in failsafe proofs. Its pretty normal for such an investment that a trusted forum member gets a copy of the ID. I dont suggest myself in case you fear that. There are plenty of members that are trusted enough. At the moment i only see that ardeva page but i dont have a clue if i can trust it. Who runs it, does he even bother to check if the ID looks valid or is it only a created ID at the end? So ardeva alone doesnt convince me. Its not only about if i trust you, in fact i believe you, its the legal security involved. In case this really would turn out to be a scam, i dont say it will, then what would i have? Would the guy on ardeva claim he never heard about this all and that someone misused his ID? Would the phone number be VoIP? And so on. The problem is i couldnt prove that i had a contract with the person running that shop. So there need to be some plausible connection chain that can prove that the right persons have a contract. Only saying. You know, Trust isnt given so freely anymore in here with all the scams happening. It would be pretty easy to lay those doubts to rest i think. By the way... is your business Bitcoin-Fail-Safe? So in case Bitcoin should die for some reason, would i still get revenue? Thank you for your concerns. Your question will be included in the FAQ. Please remove your posts from the thread within 90 days to avoid cluttering the thread! TY

I'm not sure what you're talking about, I had already given him a full response. I wanted to thank him for his concerns and let him know I added his question to the FAQ. This thread isn't for discussions or asking questions unrelated to the company. I really don't have time to hang out here and answer them. I have several months of design work to get through.

Dear investors;
Our IPO is now closed. We did not raise enough to pay for bulk paper or office space. Fortunately, due to a lower BTC and steadily increasing profits, we will not need to lower the dividend. I do not forsee a need to lower the dividend at any time into the future.
To raise money in the future, we will move to the mini-IPO model.
In the mini-IPO model we issue a small number of shares for a specific purchase. Our first mini-IPO will be for bulk paper at around 4,000 shares and 0.0012 BTC/share. This will lower our cost per pack from $0.93 to at least $0.77 quoted. This is important as paper is currently our largest cost component of flashcard production.
We are also launching a new staple-bound book series ("Nissan Phonics", not related to Nissan Corporation) so we would like to make a side order with the same company for A4 and legal size paper. We can currently produce each (color) book for about $1.70, and we will be able to sell them for around $3 to $3.50. A lower cost for B5, A4 and legal size paper will help us make more money on the books we sell too, but our first priority will be to secure card paper for index cards.
Dividend Announcement ======================= The total payment will be 0.192 on Monday, September 22nd. This will represent a payment of 2.2%.
On Monday, we will release the first round of mini-IPO financing; 4,000 shares at 0.0012 BTC/share.

KPS is pleased to announce our sixth weekly payment on coinsortium.co.
0.192 BTC was paid out over 9,616 shares (2% per week).
We have now moved to the mini-IPO model. We have issued 4,000 shares for public sale on Coinsortium and the NXT AE. We only need to sell these 4,000 shares in order to make a bulk order of paper, to be cut into booklets and index cards. This will enable us to lower our cost of production, make more money, and pay a higher dividend. Please support us by completing our mini-IPO!
Thank you for your time,“In general we look for a new law by the following process. First we guess it. Then we compute the consequences of the guess to see what would be implied if this law that we guessed is right. Then we compare the result of the computation to nature, with experiment or experience, compare it directly with observation, to see if it works. If it disagrees with experiment it is wrong. In that simple statement is the key to science. It does not make any difference how beautiful your guess is. It does not make any difference how smart you are, who made the guess, or what his name is – if it disagrees with experiment it is wrong. That is all there is to it.” ― Richard P. KPS is pleased to announce our seventh weekly payment on coinsortium.co!
0.193 BTC was paid out over 10,040 shares. We have now raised our dividends for seven weeks in a row.We are on the verge of making a bulk order of paper. Cost is the only factor, we need to sell another 3,000 or so shares. We have to make an order for index cards tomorrow and that we will be paying more than $3 per pack of 100. If we can sell those shares I can order almost 1,000,000 cards at once and that will lower our production cost significantly. Thank you for your support, “Look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see, and wonder about what makes the universe exist. KPS is pleased to announce our eighth weekly payment on coinsortium.co!0.194 BTC was paid out over 10,286 shares. We have now raised our dividends for eight weeks in a row. Unfortunately Coinsortium has disabled withdrawls and has also disabled the ability for us to place bids on KPS. This prevents us from supporting the share price, as there are currently no bidders. NOTICE TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS:In precisely 6 days we will issue a special dividend of 20 KNS shares for every KPS share. Each KNS share will IPO at about 1/3rd of a KPS share. So as you can imagine it is materially important for you to be able to receive your KNS shares. Please contact me immediately for instructions on how to transfer your shares to the NXT AE or you will be unable to take part in this offer. This week's payment has once again been raised (for the 11th week in a row) and will be 0.196 BTC, paid over 10,690 shares, or 0.00001833 BTC per share for coinsortium investors. Expected price assuming dividends represent 1%/month interest rate = 0.00001833*52/12/0.01 = 0.008 BTC/share.
Current price on coinsortium: 0.0012 BTC/share
Today's BTER rate is 0.000614, therefore the NXT payment is 0.00001833 / 0.0000614 per share, or 0.30 NXT per share for NXT AE investors.
Thank you for your support,
“The real problem is in the hearts and minds of men. It is not a problem of physics but of ethics. It is easier to denature plutonium than to denature the evil from the spirit of man.” ― Albert Einstein
NXT Information PPS was 0.30. Expected price assuming dividends represent 1%/month interest rate = 0.30*52/12/0.01 = 130 NXT/share
We're making payments now, enjoy your dividends.

Hi. My name is Printshop and I take any and all loans. Each week I pay 10% of the total owed and I always pay back 150% of the loan.
That means it takes 10 weeks to pay back and you make 50% over that 10 weeks.
So if you loan me 10 BTC, I pay you back 15 BTC over a 10 week period, making ten equal payments of 1.5 BTC.
I will take these loans from anyone, provided the following conditions:
1. Loans must be made in whole amounts of BTC for sanity's sake. 2. You must leave OTC and/or BTT feedback during the loan stating how I am doing on my payments, and then after the loan.
The collateral for these loans are my extensive private investment interests on the NXT AE including hundreds of thousands of shares of SafeHash and BearMining. My cashflow is in excess of 10 BTC per week. I can easily convert to BTC and pay back these loans. I simply do not want to sell my shares (though they are very liquid) and would rather take on "good debt". Check my feedback for details!
Another great Coinsortium company!

Another great Coinsortium company! Not sure what you are talking about, this has nothing to do with Coinsortium, and KPS is a private company (we bought out the listing on Coinsortium and NXT AE at a bonus to shareholders). This thread should probably be locked but there's still about 200 shares left on Coinsortium to buy, I'll close it later this week when we send the final payment.

Just to let folks know, printshop just bought up the 251 KPS I had @ 20.9. I really like all the recent feedback here, from actual investors about actual things going on with the asset. We should do this much more often, especially while the assets are still active, rather than when things are closing down. printshop, thanks for all the dividends, and generous buyback It's a shame the fundraising didn't work out like you hoped, and it seems like you've sunk a lot into the whole process, both NXT and time. There's a large, and rapidly growing market for language learning, I hope you recoup your $ soon, and Kongzi Print Shop and your school continue to help more people learn. Mining's not my thing, so I won't be buying into SafeHash or BearMining. But best wishes for them, and future endeavours. From nxtforum.org. I have a lot of positive feedback now. The fund has been taken private, standing bids have been left on coinsortium and nxt ae for all remaining shares. Locking the thread. PM me with any questions. Thank you for your business.
