Hi Everyone!

We have developed a type of exchange which is completely person to person. We don't hold any cash and or Bitcoins. We don't support the idea of having nodes/gateways for fiat exchange. In our system every user is gateway/node.

In order to create this system we had to create our own Bitcoin wallet. So we have used BitcoinJ in our implementation (Just to make it cost effective, as java is cross platform). So this is of course a software based exchange. In our initial release we'll be supporting Android, Windows, Mac and also Linux. IPhone needs some extra work(Based on demand we can do it later)

Our long term plan is to make it completely decentralised. But at this stage we are having some security issues with completely p2p setup or our option is to setup another Blockchain based system, which require extra resources. So we will bootstrap on our servers and later try to work in a community to figure out best solution.

We have  used a trick to integrate Banks and some payment gateways, and we can verify payment happening on fiat channel (No Chargebacks ). This make our system unique. That also means that we can have high speed transection. High speed transection will not be available in all countries. But fortunately we can have high speed transections in Countries with high Bitcoin transections e.g. USA, Russia, Australia, India, China, UK and most part of Europe. Rest of the world is also compatible but we need more developers to work on our program.

Now people might be asking, what is the catch here? The catch is that we always need developers to work on software especially banking side. So we have to pay developers for there contribution. There are few ideas,
1. Crowd funding or donations. (This idea might work in the long run, but we are not very sure because we need a lot of developer around the globe to make it work.)
2. Charge fee. (Now this is what we are looking at. Just like bitcoin transections, We are planning to implement fee, this help us prevent spams and at the same time have a predictable stream of cash flow, When working in scale we need stable cash flow)

How fees will work?

For developed Countries: .2% caped at USD 15/month
For developing nations: .2% maximum 0.25 USD per transection caped at USD 15/month
For Under developed countries: Any transection under $10 will be free. Transection above $10 will cost same as developing countries.
We would like to have a discussion about this in the community.

We will be managing core program and also coordinating with other developers to run this program.

Down the track, We have other ways of monetising this service, so that every one can enjoy completely free transections, without using adverting networks or selling any data.

Sorry at this stage we can't disclose how we are going to set it up, Code will be open source at later stage. We are still working on banking side and expecting it to be finished in next 2-3 months. More information will be released later.

And if you are a developer, understand how Bitcoin works and comfortable with java! please contact us.
