IOS and Android Based Coin?

 Is it possible to get a ios or android based coin where the coin itself can not be mined with computers but only with iphones , samsungs etc.

 Something like just an app for its wallet which will consist miner or another app for miner.

 Is this possibble or currently going on?

In such a case, we would need a proof of phone algorithm or something like that?

I don't think It's currently happening but it's an idea.  I think we would have to get a new algorithm to prevent anybody from using a computer / dedicated miner to generate the coins
